Hardware Essentials chain hook clevis type slip hook features a clevis and pin at the base. Simply remove the pin to attach hook. Slip type hooks are designed with a wider throat. Chain simply slips onto hook. Constructed out of forged steel, this chain hook has a zinc plating that will help prevent rust. Grade 43 forged steel meets ASTM standards and is stronger than 30 grade.
