5-Year premium fibered aluminum roof coating. Blend of pure waterproofing asphalt and aluminum pigments. Helps to prevent excessive drying and cracking of materials. Areas immediately under roof will remain 15-20?F cooler in the summer and in the winter the heat reflects back into the building. Can be used on: metal roofs, weathered asphalt, mobile homes, built up roofs. Needs to be a clear forecast within 24 hours of application, and temperature needs to be 50?F or higher with 12 hours of application. Coverage: Metal roofs - 75 to 100 sq ft per gallon; Composition roofs - 50 to 75 sq ft per gallon. Waterless hand cleaner clean up. Dries silver.
