EPOXYSHIELD® concrete etch is comprised of citric acid crystals designed to provide effective cleaning and etching for preparing concrete floors in garages and other residential areas prior to coating. Concrete etch removes laitance and creates a surface profile to promote adhesion of the coating. Concrete etch is intended for use on bare concrete surfaces. There is no benefit for use on previously coated floors.
